The Journey of Joop!

Wolfgang Joop was a German fashion designer, born in the year 1944. After implementation his studies at the Wilhelm-Gymnasium high school in Braunschweig, his father’s insistence Joop began college with the study of advertising psychology. But Joop had other dreams and hopes of his own, so he got disinterested in that career, he dropped out. Joop began working as a restaurateur and that got him involve in the world of art. In the year 1986 Joop began his formal art studies, but sadly didn’t accomplish that either.  In the year 1970, Joop got married but got divorce, but he did have two beautiful daughters: Jette Joop and Florentine Joop which are also designers. Even though Joop had so many downs in his life he never gave up. His design career began in when he participated in a fashion competition sponsored by the German magazine, Constance, and as a result Joop won all top three prizes. After Joop became a fashion editor at the woman’s magazine “Neue Mode”, and in the year 1971 he left to work independently as a self-employed journalist and designer. In the year 1978 He accomplish great success and finally Joop was where he need to be, his place an artistic person. It showed in anything he would do. Joop is a clothing, perfume and cosmetics designer.
